Who's behind this site

Tippin' Monk is the trading name of a sole proprietorship (eenmanszaak) owned by Kartik Aggarwal, registered in Amsterdam at KVK 42037876. For questions about this policy or your personal data: hello@tippinmonk.com.

What this site collects

Very little. Page-level analytics via Umami Cloud (EU region): page views, referrer, browser, operating system, country, device type. No IP addresses are stored. No cookies are set. No third-party tracking scripts are loaded. No contact form, no newsletter, no user accounts.

Why I collect it

Legitimate interest under GDPR Article 6(1)(f): understanding how the site is used so I can improve the content. The data is fully anonymous, there is no way to link a visit back to a person.

If you book a call

Every booking button opens Cal.com in a new tab. Once you're on cal.com, Cal.com is the data controller for your scheduling information, not me. I only receive what you choose to share at booking: name, email, and any notes you add. That data lives in Cal.com per their privacy policy.

If you email me

Your message lives in my Gmail inbox under Google's terms. I keep client emails for as long as the engagement (plus reasonable follow-up) is active, then delete.

• Cal.com, only when you actively click a booking link

Retention

Umami Cloud: default retention. Gmail messages: duration of the engagement.

No automated decision-making

This site does not profile visitors or make automated decisions about them.

Right to complain

You can lodge a complaint with Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
